Are you a HR professional looking to take your career to the next level by broadening your experience and knowledge base? If so, then a transfer to the Employment Policy team at the APSC might be just the opportunity you’re looking for.
This is a unique role for a HR professional as:
- it affords you the opportunity to work at a whole-of-system level, so you get a unique perspective on the entire APS

- you get to be at the forefront of shaping policy for the whole of the Australian Public Service.
If that sounds interesting, and you’re keen to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of innovative solutions, then we want you!
About our team
This role sits within the APSC’s Integrity, Performance & Employment Policy branch so you will also have the opportunity to partner with colleagues to support the promotion and application of the APS Employment Principles, Values and Code of Conduct across the Australian Public Service.
