We are looking for qualified and experienced Swim Teachers who are looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role to join us at JUMP! Swim Schools Richlands to deliver lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children in our brand new boutique facility. We also welcome applicants who are not yet qualified but are interested in becoming a swim teacher, with support provided for the right applicant.

The Role
Our swim schools pride themselves on focusing on our customers' needs and providing a personal experience. We are looking for swim teachers who have a passion for swimming and making children safer around the water.
You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun use a positive attitude to foster relationships with children and their parents. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure swim school members and parents are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students with a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
Essential
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and be empathetic to the needs of the classes
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (Blue Card) & National Police Check
Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent)
Desirable
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (or equivalent)
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (or equivalent)
Previous experience and success in a comparable role is highly regarded, particularly experience teaching babies and toddlers
