be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to both students and parents
To thoroughly understand occupational health and safety required at your facility. To be able to manage all required records for the progress of students
to have the ability to work mornings, evenings or weekends as required
must be empathetic to the needs of your students and be able to use positive reinforcement techniques to motivate your students and encourage them to reach their goals
must be able to work independently and as a strong and valuable member of a team
must be creative and innovative to enhance swim technique enhancement and correction and have the ability to create customised lesson plans when required for the needs of individual students
be able to demonstrate team management in mid to large-sized groups

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $73,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
