More about you – Store Manager Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focussed, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner
