As a Spa Receptionist you’ll play an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience to our local, interstate and international guests that come through our award-winning hotel. As the warm and welcoming face of our sanctuary of relaxation, you will orchestrate a harmonious symphony of exceptional service from the moment guests arrive.
Located within the luxurious Darling Hotel, The Darling Spa offers guests the ultimate Spa experience. Featuring 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple’s suites, relaxation lounge as well as a steam room jacuzzi. There is a comprehensive range of face and body treatments available to leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed head to toe.

A few of your responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and maximise Spa bookings, upselling and rebooking where possible

Deliver prompt and personalised information around treatment and check-in/check-out of all guests

Assist with spa enquiries and responding to all incoming calls and email enquiries

Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software system
What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or Luxury Hotel Front Desk Agent

Flexible availability including rotational weekend work

Ability to provide post treatment advice and assist with retail sales

A friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environment

Great communication skills, both verbal and written
