The Position
We currently have a role on our team for a Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. Based at a leading Australian financial institution in Sydney CBD! Showcase your multi-tasking skills while providing exceptional customer service. This may also include supporting the catering team as and when required.
Key duties

Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
Manage and document client feedback

The Person

Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable personal presentation
Good Organisational skills
EMS booking room system prior use desirable (not essential)
Experience working in a corporate environment
Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

*Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
