Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servery Staff to join our team at Mary Andrews. In this role, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience for our elderly residents, contributing to their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Serve meals and beverages to residents with care and attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the servery and dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation.
- Engage with residents, providing excellent customer service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience for residents.
