About you and the role
At CSI, we value you and the support you provide to our clients. As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service through allocating staff appropriately to meet client's needs. This role communicates directly with our Support Workers, clients, and families to inform them of any roster and staffing changes.
The Scheduling Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that clients' needs are met by getting to know staff and clients, and then roster accordingly providing a high-quality service.
We are now looking for a Scheduling Officer to join our team on a fixed term contract, 4 days per week for a 12-month period (one day a fortnight on a weekend). There may be a possibility of extending the contract or becoming a permanent employee at the end of this contract.
Key experience required for the role:
Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability and are vulnerable.
Previous experience in prioritising and managing workload within a busy environment
On call/ weekend/ public holiday work on occasion
Salesforce, Skedulo or Lumary experience is highly desirable
Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS award
Previous experience in health-related industry / not for profit (desirable)
Previous experience in rostering would be desirable.
Highly developed interpersonal/communication (written and oral), analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Current valid National Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Clearance
