Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills of our staff across all stores, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills of our staff across all stores, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training sessions focused on sales techniques, upselling strategies, and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement training materials and workshops tailored to our unique sales processes.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent application of sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Will be travelling to stores to coach staff in NSW and interstate.
- Proven 2 years plus experience in a sales coaching or training role, preferably in retail.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
- A passion for technology and mobile accessories is a plus.
