We pride ourselves on our strong sales culture and the extensive range of products we offer. We aim to provide our staff with in-depth knowledge to enhance customer interactions and boost sales.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing staff product knowledge and ensuring our team is equipped to provide exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-depth training on product features, benefits, and best-selling techniques.
Assist in developing promotional strategies and displays to highlight key products.
Serve as a resource for staff, answering product-related questions and supporting sales efforts.
Collaborate with the Sales Coach to ensure consistent training and knowledge-sharing across all stores.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the team informed and competitive.
Will be travelling to stores to coach staff in NSW and interstate.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a product specialist or similar role, preferably in retail.
Strong understanding of mobile accessories and tech products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information simply.
A passion for technology and helping others succeed.
