Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisor’s
- Work closely with New Home Advisor’s in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
- Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
- Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
- Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
- Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
- Liaise with customers for all sales queries.
