This is a highly rewarding but challenging role operating out of our display centres within Adelaide. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations and work Saturday to Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm

You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity, gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisor’s
Work closely with New Home Advisor’s in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
Liaise with customers for all sales queries.

The successful candidate will have:

The capacity to learn quickly in a highly technical and compliant industry sector
The ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks/projects to meet critical time-lines
Prior sales experience is desirable
You will need to be flexible to travel to multiple work locations as you may be assigned to a specific display centre or multiple display centres within the selling region; and
Reliable car with a Current driver’s license.
