Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Rostering Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing staff rosters, ensuring optimal service delivery, and supporting our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain staff rosters that meet client and organisational requirements.
Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and service continuity.
Liaise with support staff and team leaders address rostering needs.
Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changes in client requirements or staff availability.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to rostering and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in rostering, preferably within the NDIS framework.
Knowledge of MYP system is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
