About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for creating accurate and efficient rosters for all Collectors and filling planned and unplanned vacancies across the Collector Network in a timely and appropriate manner. This is achieved through the utilisation of a computerised rostering system.

Your Duties will include:

Ensuring rosters within designated area are available at least six (6) weeks in advance of the current date
Creating and maintain staff profiles in Workforce Dimensions and ensure they accurately reflect position, hours, award, area, and shift
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry on WFD of any changes to shifts
Ensuring all updates or changes to rosters due to personal leave, shift swap requests or other unforeseen requirements are actioned in WFD
Ensuring all communications are attended to in a positive and courteous manner providing accurate and appropriate information if requested
The timely, accurate and appropriate management of vacancies within Collections
Monitoring of casual employees: availability recorded, numbers of declined shifts and variability of areas/shifts worked
Ensuring Reliever Collectors are utilised to the full extent of their contracted hours within the most efficient radius of their nominated hub
Work closely and liaise with Commercial Team, and Collection Lead as soon as possible if vacancies cannot be filled or only partially filled

About You

Relevant experience with electronic rostering systems, Kronos Work Force Dimensions ideal
Sound knowledge and experience in health industry
Strong communication skills, ability to adapt communication style based on the needs of the audience.
Proven ability to prioritise workload and multi-task to ensure work requirements are completed within expected timeframes.
Working knowledge of and the ability to apply Award conditions when shift rostering.

About the role

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Rostering Officers to join our team in Queensland.

This position is based at Murarrie with the ability to move towards a rotating Hybrid work arrangement further down the track. The position is on call duties as well as having to rotate and do weekend shifts with an RDO during the week when 1 day is worked on a weekend.

This position will be required to cover various shifts between 05:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday and participation in Weekend & Public Holiday on-call duties may be required as per business requirements.

About You :
