About the role An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Regional Manager to join the ARRCS team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will see you leading the Community Service programs within ARRCS across the Northern Territory. You will build the capacity of the complex care, specialized and community (home) care operations. As the Regional Manager – Home Care, you will hold an integral part of the ARRCS Executive Team and work identify opportunities and delivery strategic planning for these programs. You will lead by example and foster an engaged, health and safe workplace for all staff and volunteers within the community space. In addition, you will manage the evaluation, coordination and delivery of standards ensuring our consumers receive quality care. This busy and rewarding role will suit a person who enjoys the delivery of community services and the advocacy of keeping the elderly at home where possible. You will be a strong leader and have prior experience in the management and mentoring of a large and diverse clinical team. You will bring prior knowledge of community programs and the management and evaluation of outcomes.

Skills & experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor in Health Science (Nursing) – or equivalent
Diploma in Management/Leadership or similar or demonstrated experience of at least 3 years.
Knowledge and experience of managing Community Programs including developing and expanding service provision through funding opportunities and Grants.
Demonstrated experience driving high performance and managing Community Program Performance.
Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team of people, both day to day and remotely whilst providing encouragement to Leaders and Team members.
Demonstrated ability in communicating Programs goals and identifying areas for new training, development and competency skill checks of Leaders and Team Members.
Demonstrated ability in the use of MS Word, Excel and other online client reporting systems.
Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.
