About the role ARRCS Pulkapulkka Kari Aged Care Facility located in Tenant Creek, Northern Territory are sourcing an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis This role is being offered at a penalty driven hourly rate of $34.56 - $36.63 / hour gross base depending on skills and experience plus relocation support (if required) and salary packaging. This role will see you overseeing the core, non-clinical operations of our Aged Care facility, with emphasis on Cleaning, Laundry, and Kitchen services. You will manage the staff and oversee the general operations ensuring that they are completed and executed to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Service Manager ensuring budgets are met, ordering stock and providing advise on how the facility can improve across the core services whilst providing a positive experience for our elderly residents. This role will suit someone who enjoys supporting and guiding staff and has a strong operational background. You will be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy taking the lead and ensuring these key services are delivered.

Ideally, previous experience in a cleaning environment.
Ability to commit to rostered shifts and understanding of the impact on our elderly residents when allocated shifts are not completed.
Ability to work well independently as well as with other team members.
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
