In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely sourcing and hiring processing for our employees as well as generalised HR tasks. Duties and Responsibilities:
Arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff
Interviewing applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs, and assists employers in finding suitable staff
Maintaining Human Resources records and associated Human Resources information systems
Studying and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements, employment contracts, wage payment systems, and dispute settlement procedures
Providing information on current job vacancies in the organisation to employers and job seekers
Receiving and recording job vacancy information from employers such as details about the job description, wages, and conditions of employment
Arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities
Providing advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance, and disciplinary matters
Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems
