ABOUT THE ROLE The Project Support Officer AFM Online is part of the NSW Ambulance Asset & Infrastructure Unit and provides project support for the Asset Management System – AFM Online in ascertaining asset details from directorates across NSW Ambulance, information and data validation, system database maintenance and change implementation. The position holder supports a wide range of projects across NSW Ambulance with effective oversight and assurance of asset data capture for all types of assets including building, fleet, medical, non-medical and telecommunication into AFM-Online system.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following experience and capabilities:
Maintain data accuracy in an Asset Management System or NSW Health AFM-Online system for assets across NSW Ambulance directorates, including information and data validation, trend analysis, and daily, weekly, and monthly data reports,
Developed and standardise asset registers to align with NSW Health Standards and the naming conventions; Establish, maintain and interrogate databases to provide analytical, graphical and other reports relating to NSW Ambulance business operations and performance.
Development of Audit process and implementation to validate and tag assets across the NSW Ambulance portfolio, including state-wide on-site assessments
Provide system training to end users to ensure correct use of AFM Online. Advice and contribute to creating and implementing processes and operating procedures to meet end-user requirements.
Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs in relation to asset data management.
Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance procedures, creation of user manuals and training materials for internal use
Provides assistance and supports sustainable change management strategies for asset management short-, mid-and long term projects.
Supports overcoming barriers to change and guides redesign activities where appropriate to improve data and process quality. Reviews and reports change impacts and risks;
Provides context and expertise to the vehicle and equipment projects and change management strategies
Builds and maintains relationships within NSW Ambulance and external to NSW Health, industrial bodies and their representatives, and other key stakeholders where required. Manages expectations
All stages of asset data management within the NSW Ambulance Asset & Infrastructure unit.
