About the role


Your main responsibilities will include

• Part of a project team for various projects.
• Provide support to the project team.
• Follow project plan with timelines.
• Challenge processes and how we do what we do, can we do it better.
• Learn new systems and create clear documentation for our teams to use.
• Design easy to follow 'cheat sheets' for our teams.
• Training of our teams via Teams or by visiting remote sites.
• Advocate for change via communications channels to keep the team motivated.
• Analytically review documentation provided and recommend a solution to the project team.
• Jump in and provide support to other project team members who are head down in business as usual.

Skills and Experience

• Terrific interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure effective two-way communication when liaising with clients, contractors, management and colleagues at all levels
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, efficient with great attention to detail
• Previous project support experience would be preferred but not essential
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new packages quickly
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Demonstrated positive, forward thinker with a focus on continuous improvement no matter the task at hand!
