About the Role
The City of Ryde is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our Project Delivery Team. In this dynamic role, you will assist in the delivery of capital projects aligned with the One-Year Operational Plan and Four-Year Delivery Plan. Your responsibilities will include providing effective project management support, drafting reports, preparing procurement briefs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This fast-paced position offers hands-on experience across a variety of projects and provides a valuable opportunity for career growth within the City of Ryde.
Your commencing salary range from $88,588.62 to $108,521.06 p.a. + superannuation. Your salary is dependent on relevant skills and experience.

About You
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including researching and understanding new subject areas.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills to enhance project efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.
  • Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
