This role sees you liasing with multiple different teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day work. You will be helping the manager organise the work.

What does your day look like?

• Based in the Perth Office looking after the procurement for the corporation.
• Liasing with the appropriate teams to ensure effective purchasing and communication.
• Assist the Unit Manager with assorted admin duties like arranging department meetings, supplier meetings and maintenance of lists.
• General Office Admin support

About You:

• Previous experience in a administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and etc)
• Desire to learn procurement and the many intricacies.
• Proven abilities to manage your priorities and work in a team environment.
