Office Administrator/Receptionist
A position has become available for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to provide administrative support to our Community Nursing Services Team. This support includes general office tasks including phone answering, email responding, record keeping, liaising with clients, client/staff data entry, managing bookings, scanning, photocopying etc.
Prior experience in a similar role will be highly desirable but not essential for the right applicant.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

What will you be doing?
- Delivery of optimal customer service via phone email and face to face interactions.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Supporting with business administrative functions including rostering, filing, scanning, document management, updating records and ad hoc human resources tasks.
- Assisting the Total Care Nursing Services Team with operational support, ensuring that workers have the equipment and resources needed to conduct client services.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office.
- Well, presented, groomed and clean in an appropriate manner.
- To understand and demonstrate the importance of documentation and time management.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and punctuality.
- Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
- Appropriate visa to work in Australia
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
