As a NOS Officer in our National Operations Support team, based in Deakin, Canberra, you’ll be kick-starting your career with a global leader while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. You’ll provide vital support to ensure the smooth running of our Justice and Immigration networks and be part of a team that values your growth and development. Working on a 24x7 roster that includes AM, PM, weekend, and public holiday shifts, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining essential services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation for your future career. As a NOS Officer, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Managing Facilities Management work orders and supplier invoices to keep things running smoothly
Creating and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate financial records
Recording and managing critical data in customer portals, ensuring everything is done right, the first time
Coordinating transport and escort documentation to ensure seamless operations
Organising translation and interpretation services that meet diverse needs
Upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance

A passion for customer service and experience in an administrative role
Experience with Government Data Systems, Corporate CRMs, or SAP
Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving

A current Australian Federal Police Clearance
