The Role
The New Car Sales Manager position is multifaceted. You will be responsible for new vehicle sales through the hands on approach to developing and leading your sales team. You will maximse on sales leads and opportunities, to ensure sales Kpi's and targets are met by your team, offering exceptional customer service in the meantime.
Duties include:
- Manage and oversee the new car sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients, online inquiries, and follow-up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Applicant Requirements:
This role requires a motivated individual with excellent skills in sales, someone who is happy to be hands on, speaking with customers when required.
- Proven experience in automotive sales and leadership.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
