The Opportunity The provision of expert analysis and guidance on current and proposed networks, telecommunications infrastructure, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless communication and data exchange across the Mid North Coast Local Health District. Assess the viability of, and develop specifications for, new networks and enhancements to existing telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring the design aligns with the needs of users across the district. Act as a crucial link between end-users, technical teams, vendors, and other healthcare organizations in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of vital telecommunications networks and systems. There are 2 positions on offer with one position being based in the Coffs Clinical Network and the other position will be based in the Hastings Macleay Clinical Network.
About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong planning, time and organisation skills. Someone with proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment with a positive proactive attitude who can effectively work with minimal supervision. Do you have demonstrated experience in network and unified communication support i.e. issue investigation and resolution, testing, change control and release management processes. The Organisation The Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is a government funded health organisation that covers an area of 11,335 square kilometres extending from Port Macquarie in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north. MNCLHD provides a diverse range of services to a population of approximately 215,000 people. It has a workforce of 4,694 across seven hospital sites and 12 Community Health Centres.

Current Driver’s Licence and ability to travel as required.
