Medical Receptionist
Looking for a flexible, versatile, adaptable, responsible and reliable person with at least 1-2 years working experience in a medical practice and a mature outlook is desirable.
Your role will be to organize appointments, maintain records and perform medical reception duties and other tasks given by the Practice Manager, in order to ensure a smooth and efficient functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our Patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the Practice's Policies and Procedures. Arabic speaking would be an advantage
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:

- Represent the Practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
- Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding Patient and Practice information.
- Work independently and co-operatively in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize.
- Have a strong multi-tasking capability.
- Knowledge of Best Practice software.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Do you have Best Practice software experience?
- Medical admin: 1 year (Required)
