About the role Reporting to the ANZ Production Planning Warehouse and Inventory Manager this role will ensure a smooth flow of materials supply into TWE production sites and co-packers through detailed forecasting and analysis, inventory optimization, continuous improvement activities and strong stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement activities within team
Develop, track and present material planning KPI’s through monthly reporting cycle
Proactively support initiatives to reduce COGs
Develop and execute strategies to reduce Dry Goods write outs
Lead onshore team in line with MPAT guidelines and provide direction and support to offshore team
About you With proven experience in a planning, supply chain, NPD, procurement, or analyst role you will have knowledge of procurement processes, IBP or S&OP, packaging, continuous improvement, and inventory management
FMCG and or Beverage manufacturing experience
Ability to build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
Well rounded prioritisation and communication skills
JDE or similar experience an advantage
