How will I help?
As the Manager Estate Triage & Resolution you will drive the business performance in line with Compliance and Regulatory requirements by leading a team to provide a superior customer experience. You will provide ongoing coaching and support to a team of Estate Officers who are responsible for servicing written estate requests involving the assessment of the request, the completion of the request, manage the quality of data and correspondence issued to estates. You will also be responsible for ongoing identification and implementation of business improvement initiatives.

What do I need? In this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience as a leader of an operational team. The key focus of this role is to manage the operational risk of the Estates team. Furthermore, this role is critical in ensuring we drive the business performance strategy which promotes Our Service Promise and is supportive of the Estates Co E becoming a world class service team. As well as this, you will:
Demonstrate resiliency, assertiveness and good decision-making skills
Be able to utilise business metrics to manage operations and drive efficiency
Have demonstrable experience developing and motivating a team. Ideally, in a highly sensitive environment such as Estates Management.
Successfully led and managed a team with strong operational and people leadership skills.
Having a strong operational background, within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, contact centre experience are preferred.
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage change and Continuous Improvements within the team and foster team culture
