Job Description
As the Manager in our team, you will lead a small team and consult on projects to our mid-market clients. You will be exposed to a range of industries and sectors. Under the direction of a Partner and/or Director, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Formulates business strategies and advising on business and operating models to enable growth and build organizational resilience
Advises on major government policy reforms and evaluating government programs
Developing business cases for major infrastructure and technology investments
Manages transformation programs and projects
Delivers high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clients
Sustains long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust
How you are Extraordinary? Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, built over a 3- 5 year period, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities:
Experience in managing small team 2- 3 would be an advantage.
Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
A strategic thinker with an ability to formulate strategic options to complex problems
An understanding of how organisations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvement
Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications decisions
Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex problems
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles
Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
An appreciation for digital technology strategies and the role technology in enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications
Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees
Project management qualifications (desirable)
