About the role
We are looking for people who genuinely care and in return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported and appreciated.
You will provide safe, effective, quality services to our residents, which is consistent with Hill View’s mission. This will include but not be limited to, assisting with cleaning resident rooms, common areas, washing and folding linen, resident personal items and much more.
Environmental Services is responsible for ensuring the cleaning and laundry needs of residents are met in accordance with standards determined by management of Hill View Care.
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

Relevant experience preferable
Flexible to work across both aged cares located at Ashmore and Merrimac
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Adaptable to change and enjoy working in a team environment
Have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate

Hill View Care offers private residential, respite, dementia and palliative care, in an idyllic setting on the sunny Gold Coast. All of our rooms are private with en-suites, with most offering a verandah and skyline or garden views.
