What you’ll do

We are seeking Laboratory Technician for our Power Plant located in Liverpool, NSW. You Will be working as part of the R&D Laboratory, where you will conduct destructive and non-destructive tests on cables. You will report to the Lab Manager, and your duties will include:

Testing new materials to Australian Standards
Product release and batch testing
Tabulation and collation of results
Calibration of instruments
Writing and reviewing internal test procedures

We're looking for a driven individual who possess some if not all of the following;

Strong safety awareness and understanding of policies and procedures
Previous product testing experience (QA or QC)
Good communication and literacy skills
High attention to detail and ability to make sound quality decisions
Basic Mathematics
Basic PC skills
Ability to work unsupervised
