Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for an outstanding housekeeping supervisor who is a team player, and likes to have fun while getting a very important job done. Our standards are high! We will train; however prior experience in a 4.5 star environment is preferred.
About the role:

Assign cleaning tasks and ensure that the team efficiently and effectively completes delegated duties.
Provide training to team members.
Manage inventory.
Be able to jump in and help the team when required.
Prepare reports.
Recommend service improvements.
Operate the Housekeeping department when Head Housekeeper is off-site.
Ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Essential Qualities:

You have cleaning expertise, at least 2 years Supervisor experience
You have a high attention-to-detail in your work, are very particular about making beds, and upholding service levels to the highest standards.
Fast and fit.
You have strong attention to detail, can multitask and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
You are friendly and able to communicate well in English.
You love being part of a team and helping your team achieve success
You are a shining star who sets an exemplary embodiment of professionalism and leadership
You are willing to learn and grow and take instruction from the Executive Housekeeper
