Anatolia Mediterranean Restaurant are looking for experienced floor staff, must be excellent communicators and understand the importance of customer service, especially in a casual fine dining / upmarket environment. We are a restaurant that operates for 6 dinner services, 3 lunch services and 2 breakfasts a week so you must be available to work, days and evenings. We are looking with someone who has ample availability from October to the end of December. In this role you will:
Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Provide our guests with high quality service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Work a variety of shifts with ranging start times breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
