PJL Group is a specialised Underground Hard Rock Asset Maintenance and Supply Company that has been well-established since 2006, with its head office located in Leewood Drive, Orange NSW.

About the Role
Our Orange Mechanical team specialise in underground equipment and component rebuilds, refurbishment and repairs to the following:

CAT, Sandvik, Epiroc Trucks, Loaders and Drills, and Normet, Volvo and Toyota ancillary equipment. Additionally, Allison, Dana, Spicer, CAT, Clark, Volvo and Kessler componentry repairs.

You will be working in a safe, well maintained modern facility, which includes multiple overhead cranes and state of the art tooling and literature to ensure the work is completed efficiently.

• HEAVY DUTY FITTER / MECHANIC

As a Heavy-Duty Fitter, you will be involved in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing rebuilds and repairs on heavy duty equipment, using various diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

• COMPONENT REBUILD FITTER / MECHANIC

As a component specialist you will work in our air-conditioned pressurised clean room, equipped with overhead crane, modern tooling, and all the documentation and processes to get the job right the first time. A Hydraulic strip down cylinder bench and robotic cleaning station are also included as part of this area.

• AUTO ELECTRICIAN

You will be maintaining and repairing a variety of OEM equipment including CAT, Sandvik and Epiroc underground machines to ensure peak performance and reliability for site works.

• FITTER MACHINIST

You will have the ability to operate manual lathes, drills and mills to produce parts to the highest standard in an engineering/manufacturing environment. The ability to program and operate CNC machines will be an advantage.
