We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production team member to join our dynamic team in Smeaton Grange. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role

Working in either our Afternoon Shift (2pm to 10pm) or Night Shift (10pm to 6am), the following duties will be carried out:

• Operate state of the art cutting equipment from our lightning-fast Zund digital flatbed cutting table through to automatic eyelet presses, a banner welder and a CNC router.
• Pack finished jobs for customers, while carefully checking that all elements of the job are complete and keeping an eye on quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
• Ensure cleanliness is maintained of your dedicated work area.
Work within company policies and procedures.

About You

• Previous experience working in a printing or manufacturing environment will be highly favoured.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
  
• Keen, reliable and a strong work ethic.
  
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong focus on safety and delivering results.
