We’re looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to work as a key part of our Account Management team. Aligning with the account strategy, Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives will work closely with Account Managers and the extended account team to drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts, enable account penetration and stakeholder engagement, and strive to increase ARR in every assigned account.

Your Day-to-Day:
Account Growth: Work with your account manager to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands. Actively identify new leads and opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Get to know our accounts as thoroughly as possible. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision makers. Be proficient with influence maps to highlight the roles, interests and influence of each stakeholder.
Account Penetration: Stay ahead in all Enterprise account interactions. Organize meetings and event invitations, craft impactful recap emails, or find ways to develop new relationships. Always remain accessible to our accounts.
Collaborating on Campaign Execution: Work closely with our Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first touchpoint. Work with our Product team to provide feedback and explore and deliver solutions. Work with our Marketing team to build advocacy.
Learning and Educating: Use your knowledge to make our accounts successful. Fearlessly embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Team Support: Provide team members with support when needed, work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
What You Bring to The Team:
2 to 4 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales function.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work.
Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

This role does not require any travel.
