We are looking to expand our team of casual support workers. Experience and training required in: - Tracheostomy - PEG - Complex Bowel Goal of a Support Worker Provide compassionate and comprehensive support to individuals living with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their personal goals, foster independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Remain committed to upholding the principles of dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions with clients and their families. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities of a Support Worker may include tasks such as:
Develop and implement individualized support plans
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks, while promoting autonomy and self-determination.
Facilitate community participation and social inclusion by organizing recreational activities, outings, and educational opportunities tailored to clients' interests and needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and any incidents or concerns, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and organizational policies.
Maintain compliances in line with NDIS requirements for a Support Worker.

Current First Aid Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card)
Current Working with Children Check (blue card)
