** Position:** Casual Support Worker.
** Location:** Aveley WA 6069.
** Available to work Tuesday or Thursday after primary school.
** Customers preferences: Female Support Worker who speaks fluent Punjabi or Hindi and English.

** Salary: $40 to $43/hour + Penalty rates + Super.
** Flexible hours** 2 to 10 per week.
**Essential Requirements:**

• - WA Working with Children Check.
• - Recent Police Clearance.
• - NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• - Recent NDIS online Orientation Module & Induction Module.
• - A valid drivers License, your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.-A reliable phone.

**Highly valued but not essential:**
- First aid and CPR or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker.
- Covid vaccinations or willing to obtain.
- Strong Initiative: A self-starter who begins tasks independently.
- Excellent Availability.
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills.
- Flu vaccinations.
- Certificate III in Individual Support.

The primary role of a Disability Support Worker is to help less fortunate individuals with important basic life skills, in addition to daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, transporting individuals, similar to what people ordinarily do or their own families.

- Building a meaningful connection: As a support worker, your primary focus will be on building a strong and trusting relationship with our customer. He is a teacher. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be crucial as you explore ways to support him to help reach his full potential.
