Belinda has been training ENs and RNs across WA and QLD for the past 15 years. About the Role: We are seeking dedicated female personal care assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong English verbal communication skills

Skills in hoisting and providing high-level personal care
Why Join Us? You will start with our 6-week onboarding program, paid at $31.34 per hour on a casual basis within a set fortnightly roster. Upon successful completion, you may be offered a permanent part-time position for 15 hours per week on a set roster. Rostered Hours: You must be available to work a overn shifts, up to 20 hours per week, including:
6.30 pm to 10.30 pm inactive sleepover (allowance paid) -7.00 am-9.30 am Monday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday & Sunday.
Your daily duties will include:
Using hoists, slings, and performing two-person standing transfers
Managing pressure care and maintaining documentation
Supporting Allied Health home programs
Assisting with transfers to commode chairs, personal care, showering, and dressing
Providing domestic assistance
Operating a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and securing wheelchairs safely
Communicating via task lists and communication books
Supporting community access and attending allied health appointments
Providing ad hoc assistance with day-to-day life, such as shopping and errands
Working collaboratively within a team
About You: This role is ideal for someone studying Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or an experienced High Care disability support worker. Along with a strong work ethic and experience in the disability field, you will:
Hold a clear and open driver’s license and be a calm, confident driver
Be well-presented, groomed, and have a high level of common sense and decorum
Demonstrate emotional intelligence, initiative, and professionalism
Have a person-centered approach, supporting Choice and Control for people with disabilities
Be flexible and dedicated
Experience with Quadriplegic Care or Muscular Dystrophy (MD) is an advantage
