Job Title: Disability Support Worker
Location: Canberra and Surrounding Areas
Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team at Glamour Care Services. In this role, you will provide direct, high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and ensuring health and well-being is our priority. You'll work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure our participants receive the best supports.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From $41.76 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
Schedule:
Location: Canberra and Surrounding Areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance and Domestic tasks
- Assist with transport to appointments and shopping
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
- Facilitate access to community resources
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for participants
- Minimum of a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Mental Health
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Completed NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Car Registration
- Completed Infection control certificate
- Work in a supportive and positive environment
