The Role

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for the delivery of digital features across a range of public/secure websites and mobile apps for our clients. The role will be accountable for developing a clear and compelling vision that will be used to lead the scrum teams and align business stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and Experience Designers to shape up new ideas into online experiences that target improved performance and align with the business strategy
Act as a conduit between business stakeholders, project teams, technology scrum teams, business partners to facilitate activities across these teams and the delivery of all digital related change
Define and prioritise digital stories, prioritise the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities aligned to business strategy and regulatory and compliance programs
Leverage data analytics, understanding of client needs/trends, assessment of current experiences, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that maximise engagement and lifetime value
Monitor health status, scope, resource, schedule, risk, issues, dependencies
Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT, Analytics, Project Management, Business or a relevant field
Extensive experience in digital product management
Experience working across digital platforms (web public/secure and mobile apps)
Project management experience combined with strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
Exposure to working with a range of analytical tools and software such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Solid understanding of Agile methodology/practices
