Digital Printing Specialist /Customer Service
Sydney Print Media is a well-established company in the digital printing industry.
We are looking for a skilled Digital Printing Specialist /Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the printing media, products and process. This role requires proficiency in various design, printing, cutting and quoting software.
Responsibilities
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Responding to clients' requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
- Working out the sale prices from production cost, good at calculations.
- Entering sales orders and uploading artworks.
- Following up sales orders and conduct quality control checks on completed jobs.
- Ensuring compliance with all printing specifications and guidelines.
- Managing multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborating with designers, clients, account managers, and production teams.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in printing industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of various printing methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with PDF workflows and file optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Australia (Preferred)
