The opportunity… The Digital Performance Lead will support Device Technologies Group companies by optimising customer-facing digital assets. This role exists to drive best practices and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital and Performance. You will focus on website conversions, content and feature optimisation, SEO, paid content, and overall website performance to ensure maximum impact. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of digital strategies to optimise website performance and user experience.
Act as the SME for digital assets, offering guidance on content, SEO, paid content, and conversion optimisation.
Lead or provide support for monitoring, reporting, and developing insights across a range of digital properties
Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Digital group, Group Company and Business stakeholders, Regulatory Affairs, and relevant Operational teams to ensure alignment on digital goals.
Drive the execution of SEO strategies to increase traffic and engagement.
Manage analytics platforms and reporting to provide actionable insights.
Work with third party agencies to drive great business outcomes aligned to performance.

Minimum 5 years relevant digital experience in a similar Digitally focused role
Exposure to and experience with digital platforms like CMS, PIM, DAM and CRM platforms, and web analytics, including Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Competent working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (eg Shopify) and best practice principles.
Demonstrated experience working on website development projects within a team environment.
Understanding and working knowledge of SEO principles
Strong data and analytics skills
Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence decisions
Comfortable with ambiguity and the resourcefulness to develop sound action plans
