About the role:
As our Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will take ownership of the school’s Mission and values into all digital and social communication plans and platforms, as well as events coordination. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Participate in the social strategy and annual plans and reviews, evaluate and monitor social media and campaign performance
Lead the creation and mailing of internal and external newsletters, websites, emails, advertising campaigns and toolkits
Lead Ad. campaign on Meta
Lead the coordination of events at or involving the school, such as our annual Christmas market, Fête, or cocktail parties, including quote, budget, and partner management
Skills and Experiences:
About the ideal candidate:
Excellent communication skills in French and English, and an ability to communicate in a modern, relatable style.
Previous experience in a similar role (including creative skills and knowledge of artistic direction: art, photography, design, etc.)
- Project and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
You are customer focused and know what it takes to develop long lasting relationships and create an engaging experience that people come back to again and again
