About the role :
The Brand and Marketing team contributes to the delivery of the strategic goals of People First Bank by bringing to life our brand campaigns, sponsorships, community initiatives and communication strategies.
As the
Digital Marketing Content Coordinator you will be working within a small team, liaising with a number of stakeholders across the business to review and develop content for the new People First Bank website.
The role requires strong copywriting and technical abilities working across a variety of platforms (MS Teams, Jira, Monday.com, CMS (Sitecore). Content must consider SEO, the People First Bank brand, legal, compliance, UX, performance and be factually correct. The business objective is to launch a functional, branded, strongly member centric website reflecting the new brand People First Bank.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Legal and Governance teams to write, review and edit content for the People First Bank website that is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring consistency across pages, applying SEO, CRO and UX design principles, branding and that our tone of voice is accurately represented.
- Update tasks using Jira to accurately track page build status and associated admin tasks.
- Develop and edit pages within the CMS (Sitecore) when content is approved.
About you:
We are looking for a confident copywriter with experience using CMS platforms to maintain website content on a complex website, ideally within the corporate sector. You are technically competent, customer focused and have a knowledge of current trends in SEO and content marketing strategies.
Desired Knowledge & Experience:
- Effective communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional writing skills required for crafting compelling and articulate content.
- Digitally savvy, with an ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Experience using CMS platforms to schedule, publish and maintain complex websites.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Superior planning, organisational and workload management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
