About the Role
Work with developers and IT team to ensure the Digital platform reliable and support across infrastructure, database, security, network, platform stacks and complex windows/Linux faults, manage AWS stacks including deployments, configuration, alarms, system monitoring, automating the build and development process and any other repeatable process when possible, managing the infrastructure as code

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same: as a Digital Asset Platform - Dev Ops
you will:

Assisting developers with build system setup/migration, actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of the Digital platforms across lower environment and production environment.
Work with Development and Infrastructure teams to automate applications and infrastructure solutions. Provide mentoring and technical support to team members.
Work with the Lead Dev Ops Engineer to design and implement new automated solutions and improve on existing solutions.
Influence other teams and broader Engineering groups in adopting Dev Ops best practices.
Support and improve continuous integration, and release and deployment processes using cutting edge container, virtualization and automation techniques.
Follow and continually improve Dev Ops processes and standards.
Assisting IT/Operations with application environment setup, analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose application and network issues.
Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning activities across all environment infrastructure.
Implement security controls, managing access permissions, and performing security audits and compliance checks.
Automate developer operations and processes where possible. Develop, maintain, and optimise automated deployment code for development, test, UAT and production environments.
Test/deployment/release systems ticketing, track and manage incidents and service request for internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation and training guidance for best deployment/automation practice.

Your story so far:

Demonstrated proficiency in using Ansible for configuration management, automation, and orchestration of infrastructure tasks.
Strong understanding and practical experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, and Jenkins
Strong skills in scripting language such as Python, Bash or Power Shell to automate processes.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure. Should have a solid understanding of cloud services, ALB, Infrastructure as code like Terraform, Cloud Formation
Experience with containerization tolls like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
