About the Role The Communication Partner role is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive communication strategy, encompassing people, customer, and community to ensure consistent messaging and the embedment of the enterprise communication framework to enhance icare’s brand and engagement to build trust and confidence.

Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:
Develop and implement communication strategies that support strategic organisational imperatives and key deliverables.
Collaborate with Executives and Senior Leaders to identify and provide strategic advice on communication needs and opportunities.
In collaboration with the Communication Delivery function, create and manage communication plans for key initiatives, projects, and campaigns.
Oversee and prioritise with the Head of Communication Delivery, the creation of high-quality written and visual content, such as videos, infographics, and presentations.
Ensure all content is aligned with icare’s brand and communication framework.
Respond to emerging urgent matters and quickly synthesise and deal with issues with multiple competing projects and tight deadlines.
Continually work with the broader Communication team to develop, implement and evaluate innovative communications strategies and activities to ensure customers, the community and other stakeholders are engaged and informed.
Provide regular reports on communication activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
10 years of experience in strategic communication roles.
A proven strategic thinker with an excellent record in corporate communications.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
