The role: Reporting to the Executive Manager Property, in this full-time role you will relish this exciting opportunity to work with a leading not for profit in a secure and rewarding sector; to scope, establish and deliver major property projects across the organisation and be an integral part of delivering on our strategic plan.
What you’ll do:
- Day-to-day management and delivery of major property projects
- Lead the delivery of new property initiatives aligned the ACH Group’s strategic plan
- Prepare project business cases, reports, briefings, board papers and tender documents
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, schedule and delivered to a high standard
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including the Executive Management Team, external consultants, designers, builders, planning authorities and others involved in the projects
About you:
You will bring your high level of interpersonal skills to engage positively with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes, in addition to:
- Being highly motivated, well organised, and enjoy collaborating with peers
- Having a degree level qualification in project management, construction management or a similar related field
- High level of experience in property development across private, public and / or not-for-profit sectors
- Demonstrated track record of the successful delivery on major land and construction project developments
- Experience in establishing and leading design teams in the delivery of projects
- Being a strong leader with experience in stakeholder management and motivating a large, diverse team
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
- Candidates with town planning knowledge, post graduate qualifications and / or a solid network with the local property development sector are highly desired

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
