We are divided into various teams responsible for specific services and systems. You will join the Technical Delivery team where you will support the deployment, configuration, and testing of vendor products.

Your Key Accountabilities:The core capability requirements for this role are:

Deploy and configure software application changes for supported computer systems and assist Tier 2 support groups with production issues for supported computer systems when required.
Provide technical advice, guidance and assist with planning and coordination to projects, vendors, and other business units for software application changes for supported computer systems.
Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues that occur in testing environments.
Maintain software configuration items for supported computer systems in a configuration management database.
Maintain deployment procedures for supported computer systems.
Assist with process improvement and cross-skilling and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Role Requirements:Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience:Highly Desirable:Experience in one or more of the below:

Microsoft Windows Server administration
Windows scripting (Power Shell)
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft IIS
Azure Dev Ops

Desirable:Experience or familiarity with one or more of the below:

Programming languages (e.g. Python, C#)
Build Master
Pro Get Package Management
Octopus Deploy
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
XML/YAML/JSON
Unix/Linux
Client Deployment
Scrum Agile

Special role requirements:
This position may be required to perform some duties outside of normal business hours including Overtime.
