Customer Service / Sales Support - Padstow Reece International Quadratics (IQ) have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our growing business.
Duties for the role include but are not limited to:
Answering of telephone enquiries from our customer base
Process customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
Generating customer quotations
Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
Inputting Sales Orders
Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.

Strong administration, time management and organisation skills
A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required
