About the Opportunities
We currently have the following positions available to join our Customer Experience Team:
- 1 x Temporary Full Time Position- 35hours/week - immediate start up to 24 January 2025.
- 1 x Temporary Part Time Position- 27.5hours/week - immediate start up to 07 November 2025.
- Multiple Casual Positions - A range of shifts available 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through to Friday with full days and part days available.(ideal for students or anyone who has the flexibility to work on short notice.)
About the role
Your role will be to assist with inbound customer service calls and enquiries from our Penrith office.

Essential criteria
- Customer service experience in a contact centre or customer facing role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- People person with well-rounded communication skills
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn
Commencing salary:
- Temporary Full Time Position $76,329.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Temporary Part Time $41.94 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Casual $41.94 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation, plus 25% casual loading.
